Culture Vultures take on Modern Family and Meghan Trainor's incredible shrinking waist

In this episode, the Culture Vultures tackle what made the TV series Modern Family a huge hit (five-time Emmy award winner) and what has made it look dated and dull. In part two, Steph and Shivé explore the age-old issue of women in the media, the focus on their appearance and share opinions on who might suffer the most from the media's expectations on what an attractive human being should look like.

Mojo’s Culture Vultures scavenge the world for cultural phenomena that are worth critiquing and then happily over-analyse the heck out of them. The Vultures will report in on a regular basis, showcasing the thoughts and discussions of typical university students. Part 1 of each episode will review something from the world of entertainment,  while part 2 will look at the complexities of culture, society and humans in general.
