It's been eight months since the 2024 US election result, yet President Donald J Trump still dominates headlines globally. 

After only a few months in office he removed diversity and inclusion laws, upheld a strict position on immigration, engaged in foreign war negotiations, and introduced tariffs that shook worldwide finance. 

So, during Australia’s election campaigning period this year, a time when local news would ordinarily be centred on Aussie politics, MOJO News reporter Violette Storm Mclachlan, asked Melburians their opinions on the controversial world leader.
