A taste of Italy at Melbourne Food & Wine Festival

An award winning pizza maker has shared some of his kitchen secrets with MOJO, as the mouth-watering Melbourne Food and Wine Show drew to a close yesterday. 

400 Gradi Head Chef Johnny Di Francesco began making pizzas as a teenager to earn money to buy shoes. His restaurant is now famous for making the world's best margherita pizza.
