This is a micro-documentary about Melbourne fishing charter captain James Rogers, and about fishing, fishing licence policy in Melbourne and Victoria, and the value of respecting marine life and the ocean.  

This is part a series of short documentaries from Monash Film and Screen Studies Masters students, who explore using documentary video as a form of narrative research.
