'The injustice continues': Protest for Palestine

Almost 800 people were at the State Library on Saturday for the Nakba march in support of Palestine. Nakba is a Arabic word that recalls the period around the expulsion of Palestinians from the new state of Israel, which was officially founded on May 14, 1948. The protests also referenced the opening of the new US Embassy in Jerusalem last week, which was greeted with widespread protest.
