Pole dancers think outside the studio during coronavirus self-isolation

BY GILLIAN AERIA

A Melbourne pole dancing studio has proved the strength in ideas by redesigning its course-delivery following a government ban on non-essential gatherings to prevent the community spread of COVID-19.

Students can now attend classes from home - no pole needed.

The exercises, known as 'pathways', mimic pole movements so students retain their fitness and muscle memory during isolation.
