Today marks a magic milestone in Victoria’s battle against COVID-19, with the 14-day average reaching the government’s trigger point for relaxing lockdown of five cases per day.
Small business owners, who are struggling to stay afloat, will be watching Premier Daniel Andrews’ Sunday press conference for any sign the economic pain may soon be over.
