Suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians aged between 15 and 44 years, with the number of people taking their own lives increasing yearly.

Suicide Prevention Australia is advocating for a whole-of-government approach to suicide prevention, as it lobbies the Federal Government to appoint a Minister for Suicide.
