Melbourne has recorded zero COVID-19 cases a day after Premier Daniel Andrews announced a “cautious pause” to businesses reopening.
After months of being limited to takeaway and delivery, restaurant and cafe owners will be watching today’s state government press conference for any sign of hope they will soon be able to open their doors to dine-in customers.
