The blues
Cobalt blue is a major statement colour. It is both fresh and rich, while still looking elegant, sophisticated and even Mediterranean. South Parka
The parka can be an autumn layer with light protection but it can also come fully padded as a protective garment against those freezing Melbourne temperatures.
