Sand Sculpting Championships return to Frankston foreshore

The annual Australian Sand Sculpting Championships are back at Frankston Waterfront this month.

This year’s theme, The Enchanted Realm, brings fairytale castles, soaring dragons and mythical creatures to life at McCombs Reserve until Sunday, April 26. Amy Caruso reports.
